We created Apisol because we couldn’t find anything like it.

That’s because Apisol isn’t soda, tea, kombucha, or beer. It’s something entirely new. Smooth, lightly fizzy, naturally complex, and just sweet enough, it’s made for those who are tired of the usual.
Crafted in small batches with real California honey, Apisol is our answer to overly sweet sodas and underwhelming wellness drinks.
It started with jars of honey and IKEA pitchers, something I played with in between work and life.
The process felt familiar: the experimenting, the patience, the balance between control and nature. It reminded me of what I love about science, but also offered something new, a sense of freedom, of making something that felt alive.
Over time, curiosity turned into something I wanted to give my full attention to. After 189 rounds of trial and error over three years, I decided to move science from the wet lab into the kitchen. Apisol became my way of blending art and science, a space to experiment, build, and learn.
What began as my way of exploring balance slowly grew into something to share, a way to create small moments that feel honest, grounded, and alive.
Apisol is made to be more than a drink.
It’s about the moments it becomes part of, and the feeling they leave behind. That aura stays with you, shaped by the small choices you make. We build on that foundation by choosing organic ingredients whenever we can. Our goal is simple: to keep every sip as clean, refreshing, and true to nature as possible.
